AR and VR will be mainstream in 3 years

I saw a clip on Youtube recently about how a company who designs airplane interiors uses an AR/VR room to have a better feel of what their ideas would look like before they implement it. It will be exciting to see how other industries can use this technology as it becomes more advanced and mainstream.

I would really  love to see more AR used. It's such a simple technology and it has so so much to offer besides Pokemon Go and several other games.

AR is more applicable to their business operations than VR. Companies in the US and China are currently leading the AR/VR implementation race. Also, AR is more complex to implement, that's why organizations perceive it as more beneficial than VR.

Taryn Boyle, you are definitely, right. VR is more for gaming while AR is better for different businesses as end users don't need anything but their smartphones.

I can see it. VR and AR can really help in enhancing the experience of a consumer, both in the business and gaming sectors.
