Assist and augment human capacity, not replace it

A lot of discussions have been going around about the possibility of AI and robots taking away jobs from humans in various fields like manufacturing, construction, and even education in the near future. I personally think that we don't have to look at it in such a bleak way. With the right kind of moderation and regulation, I think robots need not replace humans but instead boost human capacity and make our jobs easier.

In a perfect world I agree with you. Unfortunately it does not work that way, I just hope we can adjust once automation becomes the norm.

I'd still like to hope that we'll have those moderations that'll make sure that robots are not going to replace humans. Well, for some processes, maybe, but for the purpose of making that job easier and safer for humans.
