Blockchain tech will be mainstream in 10 years



With the recent collapse of Bitcoin and other virtual currencies, I wonder if this is still a thing. I saw a clip where one guy was talking about how bitcoin was only the tip of the iceberg as far as blockchain possibilities are concerned. He even it'll make unforeseen changes similar to how the wide use of internet resulted to companies like Uber and Airbnb.

The blockchain is nothing but a distributed database and is immutable. But I think blockchain will succeed in the next years. People and companies will adapt and everyone will see what an advancement all of this is. Whether its there, bitcoin or something else. I want all of them to succeed. Just for the sake of humanity.

It's exciting because we've seen how the wide use of the internet and the rise of smartphones changed how people lived. In that same vein, blockchain will probably change how people live in ways we just can't imagine now.

Blockchain is going to rule the world, because there are so many powerful actors that are investing huge money into blockchain development at this moment, big companies and even countries are developing their own blockchain right now. More on blockchain here
