Futuristic billion-dollar cities

These cities strike me as places I'd like to visit and maybe stay in for a couple of weeks but actually live in. It's pretty, modern, and comes with a lot of conveniences that make every day living easier. However, they feel impersonal. I grew up in the city, moved to a rural area in my teens, then went back to city-living in my 20s. The pace and atmosphere in the city doesn't really allow for a sense of community. That's why when I decided to have a family, I bought a house in a nearby rural area instead of staying in the city.
