Global-scale land planning for the next 1 billion people

If governments fail to properly plan or redesign major cities for the next generations, this is going to aggravate what is already a serious problem. Congestion in cities increases the risks of diseases. It also overloads the capacity of the city governments to adequately provide for and take care of their local citizens. Even the quality of education is impacted because they have to put more students in classrooms even though the headcount isn't conducive for learning anymore.
