Healthy habits are hard to develop and often require changing your mindset. But if you’re willing to make sacrifices to better your health, the impact can be far-reaching, regardless of your age, sex, or physical ability.

I'm kinda surprised with this article. I mean, sure, vitamin C is important, but there's no way it can solve everything. Since they're talking about suplements, shouldn't they at least mention other vitamins, such as B complex, vitamin K and D? They have just as important role if not even bigger in ones health than what they mentioned.

I also looking for their recommended dose for the supplements that they mentioned, it's a shame they did not put it in the text.

"Since they're talking about suplements, shouldn't they at least mention other vitamins, such as B complex, vitamin K and D?" - I agree Bonsai Girl. Sure Viamin C is good and all, but surely it cant be miles better than the other vitamins available out there.

So what if for example you eat more than enough fruits and vegetables, is it still necessary to take these supps? I mean people back then did not have access to proper supplementation and I don't think their mortality rate was much worse than ours now.

Sometimes plans are not enough. For all these times, there are some super healthy food supplements that are designed to improve your mind and your body! Algas Calcareous, Creatine, Yerba Mate are some supplements that make some difference in our body.

@TommyKav - fun fact, in ¸1911 life expectancy was something like 50 years. Today it's 80. Back then people didn't live such stressful lives, they spent more time active and outdoors and have eaten healthier food than we do today. Also food supplements are not so much about life span, it's more about life quality. So yes, what Jenifer said, if you live like most of people do, you can't get everything your body need today just from what you eat and drink. You most likely will not get sick or die sooner because of not using supplements, bot your body will feel much better if you help it a bit.

Creatine, it’s safety, and efficacy, Beta Alanine is the kind of drug, Protein is the basic building block of muscle and also the missing one Mg. Most of the Americans fail to meet the daily requirement of Magnesium which is a hugely important part of our bodies and is required in more than 300 chemical reactions that keep your body functioning properly.

Fish oil, aged garlic extract, vitamin d, bone broth, black garlic, ubiquinol, whey protein powder.  These are a few of my favorite things.
