The Quantumrun Foresight team is happy to announce the launch of the first new project type of 2023: the SWOT graph!
A SWOT (Strengths,Opportunities, Weaknesses, and Threats) analysis graph is a tool that can help you analyze what your company does best today and devise a successful strategy for the future. SWOT can also uncover business areas that are holding your company back or that your competitors could exploit if you don't protect yourself.
However, traditional SWOT exercises are done manually, often on a physical or digital whiteboard, and often in groups which can lead to certain types of bias. However, Quantumrun’s version of SWOT not only allows your team to source trend insights from our platform, but you can also blind-vote each SWOT topic so that its graph position represents the team’s unbiased, collective perspective.

While the SWOT graph works similarly to the Strategy Planner, one key UI difference is that the graph starts empty and only populates AFTER your team scores the trend content in the left sidebar.
Also, when you open each insight or signal post, you will see four dropdowns to score instead of three—the fourth being the SWOT dropdown that will decide the location of the post on the SWOT graph.
