Creating shared Lists for team collaboration

There are several options to create lists on the Quantumrun Foresight Platform: Review these options here.

However, by creating shared lists, you and your colleagues can collaborate more deeply and efficiently on active research projects by:

  1. Accessing/viewing each other’s Lists.
  2. Adding bookmarked content to each other’s Lists.
  3. Editing (deleting content from) each other’s Lists.

 

When or after you create a List, you can adjust the list visibility found inside the List’s “Settings” menu. The list visibility dropdown will have four options:

  1. Private (Default option)
  2. Visible to team (Visible only to other team members associated with Pro or Enterprise company accounts)
  3. Visible & editable by team (Visible only to other team members associated with Pro or Enterprise company accounts; also, other team members will be able to add their own bookmarks to this List)
  4. Public (Visible to all users, but only editable by you)

 

Once a selection is made, press the ‘Save’ button inside the Setting popup to activate the list visibility change.
