About working at Quantumrun:

This is a permanent, full-time position in a company that prioritizes work/life balance.

Quantumrun is a fully remote company. All work will is conducted virtually. Team and video meetings are kept to a minimum, in preference of IM, email, and shared document collaboration. You choose the days you work and the number of hours you work per day — whether that means 9h four-day weeks or 5h seven-day weeks — and, in most cases, where you work. However, this flexibility depends on you still providing top-level service to clients and not impairing the productivity of your coworkers; this means not missing a deadline in service to a client and not missing a deadline agreed to with a fellow team member.
