Updating your subscription’s payment information

If you have a subscription on auto-renew or periodic billing, you will have the ability to update your payment information.

You can update your payment information any time by signing in to your account and going to the ‘Billing and support’ tab under ‘Your account’ to find the billing details section.

Your credit card address does not need to match the information on your account.

Contact us to update your information if your subscription has lapsed or been suspended.
