Samrah Kazmi is the Chief Innovation Officer at RESRG, a Responsible Innovation advisory that helps businesses transform for the future. Passionate about equity and the environment, Samrah is also the CEO of “Women In Sustainable Innovation,” a global community she founded in January 2020, at the margins of the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland. In alignment with the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goal # 9 (Industry, Infrastructure & Innovation), the community’s mission is to enable female-led ventures in sustainability.

After spending two and a half decades in leadership roles in traditional financial services and co-founding a FinTech startup, Samrah now serves as a trusted advisor to complex financial institutions & Insurance firms, Fortune 500 companies, entrepreneurial start-ups, boards and the C-suite. She provides strategic advice and executive consultation on the Future of Artificial Intelligence, Digital Ethics, Cybersecurity, Privacy, Sustainability, Web3 and the metaverse. She has worked with governments, educators, and accelerators to build innovation ecosystems.

Samrah has been recognized globally for her achievements and expertise. She was part of an elite Risk team executing the merger of the New York Stock Exchange with ICE.
